Monica Bauer leads PepsiCo’s global DEI strategy, driving the company's efforts toward a more inclusive and equitable future. As a women’s empowerment advocate, she co-founded PepsiCo’s Inspira women's development program in Latin America and co-authored three books on coaching women to excel in corporate environments. Bauer also serves on the board of Chicas Poderosas, promoting gender equality and women’s representation.
